On-Site / In-Store Services:
o Diagnose and troubleshoot PC problems.
o Customize and build-to-order Desktop PC.
o Hardware Upgrade / Repair and Replacement of Desktop or Laptop.
o Software or Operating System reconfiguration.
o Removal of viruses, worms, trojans, spywares, adwares and malwares.
o Data recovery.
o Reinstallation of Windows operating system and applications.
o Website Setup and Development.
Note: On-site charges will be calculate base on per trip basis depending on the work to be done.
Note: On-site respond time will be schedule separately between us and the customer.
Home Network / Internet and Wireless:
o We offers home Internet / Wireless / Network configuration for not more than 3 stations.
Note: Any printers setting or home that is more than 3 stations that is required will be charge separately.
Virus & Spyware removal*:
o Remove of all viruses and most worms, trojans, adwares, malwares, spywares.
Note: Some viruses or spyware that are seriously harmful may not be able to be removed without an Operating System reinstall.
Data recovery:
o Recovery of lost data from hardisk crashes.
Note: CT92 Hardwares will not guaranty a 100% recovery of data.
Note: Data recovery is subjected to the hard disk’s condition.
Windows Operating System Re-install
o Reload of Microsoft Windows Operating System.
Note: For computers with processors slower than Pentium 4 or 512MB RAM, slower or legacy computers that take a longer time to load and configure will be charge accordingly.
Note: Customer will need to have their Recovery CDs and any Software Licenses prepared.
Note: Helping customer on finding Recovery Tools and Drivers will also be charge separately.
o Customized data backup before system reload
Note: Backup price is for proper functioning computers. Backup of computers that can not boot or have other serious problems will be quoted on-site.
Housekeeping and Tune-Up Service:
o We will help to clean the interior of the customer Desktop PC and tune it to optimize performance.
